Treasure hunt proves popular as charity is the winner

The latest and newest event for the Larne club was a socially distanced treasure hunt. Jonathan and his wife Claire organised the event to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support and it’s popularity was beyond their expectations. 53 cars showed up to the Narrow Gauge Road car park to sign up and receive the hunt clues. The treasure hunt was created via the club website which meant there was no paper clues being passed over. The event took the hunters around the town and via some of the most scenic parts of the Larne area. The drivers also had to complete a simple driving test which was used as a tiebreaker score.

Thanks to the Curran Court Hotel, Club 1889 Sports and Social club and The Main Street Carwash for supporting the event. The winning team of hunters were the Douglas family who only made one mistake, but the main winner was Macmillan Cancer Support as £770 was raised from the event. Larne MC, Jonathan and Claire would like to thank everyone who supported the event, same again next year?
